More specifically, the 3.00-4 Inner Tube fits ONLY these Razor products/wheels: * Razor e300, e325 and e300 S Electric Scooter (Version 1+) - front and rear wheels * Razor Pocket Rocket (Version 1+) - front and rear wheels * Razor Mini Chopper (Version 1+) - REAR wheel ONLY - not Compatible with the Razor Rebellion Chopper. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have an e300 (version 20 and up) or a Pocket Rocket (version 7 and up), please refer to the Razor e300(V20+) / Pocket Rocket(V7+) Rear Tire & Tube Replacement Instructions (PDF) for the rear tire and tube.

Light never turned green though after hours of charging. Not sure if it's a defect on the charger or perhaps my batteries. But batteries were charged up.
